An interview with Ellis “Skinny” Goe conducted by Dick Flint on January 7, 1973. Goe was a long-time band member and eventual band leader performing with long career that started with the Gentry Bros. Circus in the early 1920s. Over the course of several decades Goe performed with many circuses including Sells-Floto, John Robinson, Al G. Barnes, and Hagenbeck Wallace. In later years Goe led the bands of Bailey Bros. Circus and Rogers Bros. Circus.
