​Harold Ward Interview May 10, 1972


An interview of Harold Ward conducted by Richard Flint on May 10, 1972. Harold Ward was an aerialist who trained in Bloomington, Illinois who performed with the nine-member trapeze group Ward-Bell Fliers from the 1930s through the 1950s. Over the years Ward performed with a number of different shows including the Tom Mix Circus, Hagenbeck-Wallace Circus and the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus.
